4.8 = 2 hour sleep

I survived ODAC today!

So Zakiah has survived one training. I have survived one training, hurray!

We did the Road Race route which was 4.2km. 6oom came from walking from Tanah Merah to Loretta’s House with cake in hand, it’s her brother’s birthday today!

Anyway, the run was very nice.

Cool? Check.
Watch? Check.
Running Shoes? Check.

I feel proud of myself. And I think we shouldn’t run in school anymore because the track is red and it’s oval and it’s boring. I like running outside though! Urban running puts a lot more stress on your knees and your ligaments due to the high impact every time your feet makes contact with cement but other than that, it’s very interesting.

I like to jog…then run past bus stops as if I had been going at that speed all the way and their eyes would just trail you from left to right. Yes, these kind of psychological boosts do help! Like how when you’re in a race and when you run past other people slower than you in the race and you feel good. Same goes for morning run when you run the same time as the overweight people are. I don’t mean to be rude, but it serves as a psychological boost for me to run faster!

I like how running shapes the leg while stair training just bulks it up and it’s disgusting so I don’t need to hit the gym for my legs no more. Talking about gym…the arms are whooosh! Now they serve no other function than holding Lorry’s hand and being a cushion for her. Pfft, cushion more like wooden bench!

And I figured that the remedy to a 4.8km is a 2 hour sleep and warm water and Oreo Cheesecake. Try it guys! And I do mean both parts.

It’s as if a clock fell asleep.
