Chapter Fifty-Three: Wazzup

Been absent from the internet for the past few days because I’ve been “busy” ever since we received our results on thursday. Tonight’s a minor respite.

Thursday constituted of celebrating, running around, pizza by the pool and planning Valentine’s with a couple and a lovely girl.

Friday was a free day of nothing in the day but dinner with the CG at night. It was fun, fulfilling and a simple camera can do wonders. Peeza hut, camera, faggotry, cheesy pick-up lines…thanks guys.

Saturday was spent running a race of 4.3km (and jogging/walking again) and getting 60/61st place even though I tried very hard. Oh well, there’s always next year. And 60/61 out of 200 idiots is not bad.

Went to do recee for MMM (amazing race) at Bugis after that and we walked a lot and I got to know the whole place better. Games that were created were good and I had fun walking around although my legs were really killing me but who knew recee-ing would be so fun.

Went to Bistro to eat after that and waited very long for the food but we gathered first for Cheeyang but as usual people were late, disjointed and whatever else, I left at 7 because I had a prayer to get to.

Finished at 9, went to send that rich bitch off.

I guess he was pretty sad but I saw him genuinely smile earlier in the afternoon for the first time ever so I was contented. I hate people going overseas, it’s not worth it emotionally.

The thing about going overseas is that, you leave everything you have in your heart, your love for someone, your friendship, your family behind but…the only thing you don’t leave is the heart itself. A bun with no filling or rather…feeling.

Hey meng yee, haha, commendable for a first try hur? haha, see you round!

Hello Cheeyang, hope you’re doing well. It was an all too familiar feeling of someone going away leaving everything behind. Aye, you’ll be fine when you get back every now and then!
